It's possible to return a product within 14 days from the delivery date, after 14 days from the delivery date it is no longer possible to return a product.

Exceptions

The Customer who has purchased a customized product will not be able to return it.

Any defects, inaccuracies or differences in the product compared to the images on the www.fuil.it website are to be considered as typical of craftsmanship. Returns must be sent to the packaging box originally used by Fuil. Fuil reserves the right to refuse returns that haven't been authorized or not sent following the return policy.
